Pro- Shop PC Control

There are two different systems for controlling any golf cart or pieces of equipment
The PC based system allows you to activate and deactivate Golf Carts from a distance of up to 400’’ this system will allow for the control of your fleet directly from the pro-shop computer, allowing the customer to be designated a cart and have the employee activate the designated cart right from the point of sale
The employee would just select the cart being rented by viewing the smartkii software, once determining what carts are available, as all the cart have been fitted with the wireless smartkii controllers, and will be displayed on the Pro-shop PC
When the selection is made the employee would enter cart number Example 24 click enable, and only now will the cart #24 will operate
When the customer has finished his or her round, the smartkii equipped cart will wirelessly be picked up by the smartkii software at the pro-shop PC, once again giving staff a inventory report of all carts ready for rental in the staging area
While creating a complete report of all the carts in your fleets rental history for the day

• What carts went out?
• what time did each cart go out?
• What time did each cart return?
• How long was each cart in use? right down to the second
• Are the carts being rotated properly?
• Are all the rental revenues accounted for?
• You have the option of tagging any asset including rental clubs and pull carts, and having these items added to your daily activity revenue reports

At the end of the day reports will be automatically be emailed to multiple email addresses, allowing for a quick overview of all rental activities for the day

Small personal Smartkii

Our systems use wireless communications to establish a connection via specific wireless communication. Generally, there are two components – a wireless SmartKii and a Transceiver/controller. The SmartKii emits a wireless secure packet of information within a specified programmable radius (up to 400ft) using a proprietary frequency with 125 channel capability. As long as the packet is received and confirmed by the receiver/controller, the vehicle or machine is allowed to function.

Our systems are comprised of state-of-the-art, wireless RF technology, packaged in a very small electronic Transceiver (roughly twice the size of a 9-volt battery), working on a proprietary frequency. providing thousands of different proprietary commands, to be able to control different vehicles or machines.
